I am trying to generate pages for a personal project on gitlab.com (for username.gitlab.io/project, not a custom URL). I have created a .gitlab-ci.yml file. However, I cannot find settings to create/enable a runner for the project, and I don't get a "Pipeline" tab for the project. What am I missing?
