Sometimes, when a commit & push happens, the webhook or custom hook doesn't run. I'm trying to figure out why. Is there a log somewhere, that gives any information about attempted running of hooks?
I confirm that the commit exists in the repo, and exists on the gitlab server, but I also confirm that jenkins didn't trigger a job.
