We have a local gitlab-ce instance (it's the docker image
gitlab/gitlab-ce:8.12.1-ce.0) and it's configured to connect to our
JIRA. Our JIRA is hosted by Atlassian.
The configuration seems to be fine:
- I've double checked that the JIRA user has all required permissions
- The configuration page reports that "We sent a request to the provided
URL" when testing the settings
Despite this there are no comments posted to JIRA when pushing a change
referring to a JIRA ticket.
I've find no documentation on how to troubleshoot this. I've looked for
mentions of JIRA in the monitoring logs, but nothing.
I suspect there are more logs somewhere, but where should I look for
them?
