Hello,

I've recently moved to a dedicated gitlab CI hosted instance and it has
broken my docker-in-docker configuration thusly...

Starting service docker:dind ...
Waiting for services to be up and running...

didn't start properly.

I see the instructions on running docker in docker in the gitlab docs but
they all seem to require that I have shell access to the box running the CI
container.

Am I misunderstanding the docs and/or the githost.io configuration?
