Hi Michael, Crowd behaves as an LDAP server, right? If that's true, you can configure LDAP group sync as discussed in docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/auth/ldap-ee.html. Avatars cannot yet be synced via LDAP, although there's a feature request at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/14459
