We require GitLab version 7.9.1 6f6c5f1 to install and test as our existing PROD instance runs on this version. We are now planning to upgrade but to test we require this package. I searched for the package in https://packages.gitlab.com/gitlab/gitlab-ce. Unfortunately I can only find 7.10.0 as the oldest version available.
