I fixed the issue.  It was a dumb oversight on my part for one of the 
rewrites "RewriteRule .* http://127.0.0.1:8888%{REQUEST_URI} [P,QSA" needed 
to be RewriteRule .* http://127.0.0.1:8181%{REQUEST_URI} [P,QSA
