Hello, I'd like to increase the CI build timeout from 3600s. Poking around, it seems this value is stored in the database (/opt/gitlab/embedded/service/gitlab-ci/app/models/project.rb seems to be one place it's set).
How would I go about increasing this? It seems like something that ought to exist in /etc/gitlab.rb, or configured on the runners - but I can't seem to find a reference to a build timeout anywhere else.
