You can check if all the services are running with `sudo gitlab-ctl
status` and run a basic check of the system using `sudo gitlab-rake
gitlab:check` The output from those two commands could be helpful in
diagnosing the problem.

Hello,
I installed gitlab community edition on rhl 6 (attached us output
of sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure). On running http://hostname I am
getting 503 error (Service Temporarily unvailable).
There are no error logs also. Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks.
