Relatedly, I've just noticed that the ref switcher does /not/ include some refs that should be there. There are branches in the branches tab (which properly exist) which aren't in the ref switcher list. Could the ref switcher be getting its list from the wrong place? I tried to dig around in the code, but I couldn't find where the ref switcher is actually getting it's data.
