Hi Karen, thanks for this information. I'm using the package installation on my new server, but my question is about the "user data" (repositories, issues, wikis). If I packed the old data (with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/raketasks/backup_restore.md) on my 7.1 GitLab, can I restore the data on my new GitLab installation without any complications / errors?
