To be more precisly: E.g. if I call "sudo gitlab-ci-rails setup" I get the error: "/usr/bin/gitlab-ci-rails error: could not load /opt/gitlab/etc/gitlab-ci/gitlab-ci-rc. You can generate it with: sudo gitlab-ctl reconfigure" which does not work for me, because this file will not be generated by calling reconfigure.
