Hello Karen, It seems the issue had to do with a commit message causing the the Activity Log to not display. That commit message has since moved down in the history stack so the Activity Log is functioning correctly again.
Unfortunately I have no idea what message caused the issue otherwise I would share it. Thank you for your time.
