Review Comment:
   Ah so I meant essentially that the plain key value cases can be handled with 
e.g.
   ```rust
   let key = self.parse_identifier()
   ```
   without enumerating the individual keys.
   
   It might be worth considering using Expr for the value part (the COLLATE 
scenario can be handled specially if it conflicts and is the lone edge case), 
note for example that Value doesnt support signed numbers
