This is a small documentation correction. ## Rationale for this change The contributor guide gives the wrong schedule and video link for the weekly community call. ## What changes are included in this PR? In `docs/source/contributor-guide/contributing.md`, the call is now listed as weekly on Fridays at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (it said Thursdays, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM PST), and the Google Meet link points to `https://meet.google.com/bxo-sozo-ttr`. ## How are these changes tested?
