### What is the problem the feature request solves? Now that the native Delta scan has landed (#5365), Delta pull requests have no area label. The labeler (`.github/labeler.yml`) gives a pull request that touches `contrib/**` the `area:scan` label, and Delta changes outside `contrib/`, such as `native/core/src/execution/delta_dv.rs` or the Delta planner files, get nothing Delta specific. Iceberg pull requests get `area:Iceberg`, so Delta work is harder to find and filter than Iceberg work. ### Describe the potential solution Add an `area:Delta` rule to `.github/labeler.yml`. It cannot copy the Iceberg rule's `**/*[Ii]ceberg*` glob, since `*[Dd]elta*` also matches the Iceberg delta-write code (`spark/src/main/scala/org/apache/comet/iceberg/DeltaLogicalFields.scala`, `WriteDeltaDispatchInfo.scala`, the `IcebergDelta*Shim` files). The rule should list the Delta paths explicitly: `contrib/delta/**`, `contrib/delta-spark/**`, the native Delta files under `native/core/src/execution/`, the Delta workflows, the gate script and the Delta user guide page. ### Additional context The labeler came in with #5762. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
