make_dt_interval has run through the codegen dispatcher since #4541, so it no longer falls back to Spark, and make_dt_interval.sql covers it including nested output and native shuffle. A native kernel would be a separate enhancement, and #4338 predates the interval type support that has landed since, so it would need to be reworked against main.
