## Which issue does this PR close? - Part of the 55.0.0 release: https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/24217 ## Rationale for this change Now that DataFusion 55.0.0 has been released from `branch-55`, bring the version bump and release notes back to `main` so the changelog and version numbers are consistent. ## What changes are included in this PR?
