advice2020 created an issue (geany/geany-plugins#1548) Currently this field acts more like a search field, requiring user to hit ENTER key when ready to perform search.
Suggesting to add a setting that would allow this filter field to function more like a filter where the filtering would occur as user is typing, without the need to hit ENTER key.
