That's a good question; I can not answer it myself, but I recently tried to search for something in the manual and wiki, and could not find it (I wanted to find out how to customize the colours).
Then I saw on the wiki that the last edit on the page I was looking was from Enrico 6 years ago. We may need to streamline this eventually.
