A Mac does not have a key labelled "End" or "Home". Cmd+Up goes back to the 
most recent empty line. Cmd+Fn+Left/Right do the job. Thanks a lot. 

Since this is not really intuitive, I suggest they are also put as "actions" 
into the preferences, so we can either look up the key combination there (if we 
forget), or assign to something different.  For instance, Cmd+Up and Cmd+Down 
would make sense (because of the analogy to Cmd+Left and Cmd+Right)
