techee left a comment (geany/geany#4329) @b4n It seems to work. So what about this: 1. Remove "GeanyDialogSearch" assignment to search/replace dialogs so existing settings doesn't interfere with the usage of `.monospace` 2. Set GTK_STYLE_CLASS_MONOSPACE to entries in search/replace dialogs where we want to use monospace font (Question: do we want it for all entries of the FIF dialog? I think at last directory would be better with normal font) 3. Update https://github.com/geany/geany-osx/blob/master/prof_gnome_windows_changes.patch to use Consolas for `.monospace`
This would remove configurability of the font used for the search entry so the monospaced one would always be used but I guess everybody leaves it that way.
