[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Show the build menu when hovering over a file tab. (Issue #4285)

At the moment Geany shows the full file name when the cursor is hovered over a 
file tab.  Please could it also show the build menu for that file as well so 
that a build action could be kicked off using the file  without actually having 
to switch to it and look at its contents?
