For the sake of completeness I add some information to this issue. At the
moment these are the best settings for me:
```
notebook tab:checked label {
font-weight: bold;
border-bottom: 5px solid black;
}
notebook tab {
padding-top:27px;
padding-bottom:10px;
}
```
In my last comment, I wrote that "tabs are a little bit moving" while
tab-browsing. This problem was solved in #3771.
