Notes:
The Commit class inherits from the Object class, so commit.sha1() just
works,
even though it's an Object method.
For now we don't define initializers or allocators, so Git::Commit.new()
cannot
really be used, but it's not needed at this point. These would be
demonstrated
later in the series.
