I am currently migrating from a debian based system to a rpm based one. Just
tried the debian binary and it works.
This came from the debian gimp-plugin-directory package which I unpacked rather
than try a conversion with alien or whatever.

It is listed as Refocus (0.9.1)
using Gimp 2.6.11 and PCLOS2010 KDE.
Seems to be exactly what the doctor ordered.
