Neat!!! Looks like the picture was taken with a "lensbaby" optics. (A special lens for cameras) Very good and easy tutorial! Thanks for adding Gimp commands in it! Thats what i miss in all the gazillion how-to's floating around for image manipulation. The equivalent steps for Gimp...
