< big snip > Whatever the fine points may be and the tweaking that will inevitably go on, the importance to a learner like me and others, is that a process was brought to our attention in an understandable and practical way. What would be useful, however, is if those who try out the process could report their findings whenever they are new or different to those in the video and backed up by evidence, so that the rest of us may benefit from their experience.
