Ever since the May updates to Win XP SP2 (not that is the cause but that is all I can think of that changed) the Help function no longer works. It seems to start a plugin webrowser.exe and this CTDs.
I uninstalled Gimp, GTK+, and the help and installed the compiled versions using the windows installers: GIMP 2.2.15 GTK+ 2.10.11 gimp-Help 2-0.11 into Win XP SP2 with all updates. Still is crashing.
