I was thinking, that it is a simple list, I haven't found any
*parasite-new or something like this function in pdb db browser.
There is some other method to do this?

like this: (parasite (list "gimp-comment" 1 14 "some comment")) ?
because it makes an execution error when I'm trying to attach
parasite with additional length field, value of length does not matter,
the same with any other value, bigger or smaller.
