[Gimp-user] Plug-ins for Windows?

Hello,   I just started using GIMP for Windows and am working through the basic tutorial.     I noted that right away it wants me to use the plug-ins for "plasma" and "bumpmap".  However, I get the impression that these plug-ins are only available for Linux.   Am I right about that?  If not, where can I get the Windows plug-ins?   Many thanks for any help.   Regards, ...John
