Correct one is:

http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=2352&group_id=1

6 February
        - a NEW support request (again) mentioning, that the 72 hours
          we would have to wait for is over leaded the SF-Guys to
          have a closer look at our problem.

          In other words: Our project directories ARE AVAILABLE NOW!

          => ftp works!
                I am starting to upload libBSE
                to ftp://ggi.sourceforge.net/pub/ggi/misc/

                The framework of libOVL and libGCP I have made is
                going to ftp://ggi.sourceforge.net/pub/ggi/extensions/

          => http works!
                Eric, you can start moving our GGI-pages to SF!
                You have just to copy your php-Sites up to
                /home/groups/ggi/htdocs/ and test, if php is
                available.

          => cvs works for guys, who has a user-ID < 65535
             (kernel-limitation).
