I just checked in a whole slew of cleanups and tweaks to LibXMI
CVS. I think that all of the problems that Thomas was reporting have been
fixed. The pixel primitives now work correctly using ggi[Put,get]Pixel()
(pixel LUTs), several more internal API function hooks have been
implemented and the debug system is working a lot better now too. There
are also lots of internal tweaks and cleanups to the source.
