We're moving the LGDC site to a PHP-based setup right now, including
a news-submission-by-everyone system. Ican send you the code if there's
interest (but it's surely not a simple dropin solution).

SEUL recently offered us (LGDC and PenguinPlay) to host mailing list web
archives for us (http://www.seul.org/archives/). I guess they wouldn't mind
to care about yours as well...
