Change subject: deps/Makefile: eclipse gitlab -> osmocom mirror ...................................................................... deps/Makefile: eclipse gitlab -> osmocom mirror Even with recent changes to the deps logic, we occasionally still run into the rate limits of the eclipse gitlab. Change it to clone from our forgejo instance instead, where we now have mirrors of these repositories that get updated every 8 hours.
