Change subject: tests: 06_test_simcards: restart pcscd first ...................................................................... tests: 06_test_simcards: restart pcscd first We found that the pcscd can crash while flashing the octsim firmware. Restart the pcscd after the firmware is flashed, right before we use pcscd.
