Dear colleagues,

The working group for climate obstruction in authoritarian states within the 
Climate Social Science Network is seeking proposals for a special issue 
proposal to Climate and Development. Right now, all we need are abstracts that 
explain the project (which cannot be a stand-alone case study for this journal).


Feel free to send questions to any of the SI organizers, including myself, 
listed in the attached.
