I fear my Thunderbird filtering was destroyed and has to be repaired.
Looking at the abstract, I can claim interest in the topic, but do not
know the details and esp. political dynamics of the Inflation Reduction
Act. Thus, I could only serve as a generalist, not as a specialist.
In terms of time: I have review commitments until ca. 20 July 2024 and
then will be on vacation until 15 Aug. 2024. Naturally, I can undertake
a review in the week following mid-Aug. 2024 should that be needed.
My apologies for only detecting now that my review filter has been
destroyed by a software upgrade,
