Dear colleague :  We have just posted a position for a Canada Research Chair 
(CRC) in Climate Policy and Clean Growth at University of Ottawa.  It’s junior 
level (less than 10 years post-Ph.D.).  The position is a joint appointment to 
the inter-disciplinary Institute of the 
Environment<https://www.uottawa.ca/research-innovation/environment> and the 
Graduate School of Policy and International 
Affairs<https://www.uottawa.ca/faculty-social-sciences/public-international-affairs>,
 and affiliated withSmart Prosperity 
Institute<https://institute.smartprosperity.ca/>, Canada’s largest green 
economy research centre and think tank.

CRCs are Canada’s most prestigious research chairs.  They come with teaching 
release and a funding package.

The deadline is January 11, 2024
