An update on my earlier post. The VSI on climate change from Political
Geography hasn't yet been made free access.

On inquiring as to the delay just now I got a strangely, ironically apt
reply:

Have found out that there has been a slight delay to setting up the free
access, but it should probably happen tomorrow.  This is because the team
who handles this operation is based in Chennai, and their office has been
flooded due to severe rainfall today.  Apologies for the delay…

Climate change, globalization, severe weather, ... signs of our times.
