For those on the list attending COP21, this might be a useful resource - ICSU
is putting together information on all scientists attending the COP.

Subject: Join the scientific community at COP21!

Dear Colleague,

The COP21 conference on climate change in Paris is starting in just a few
weeks. Will you be attending?

As Paris will be effervescent with representatives of very diverse communities
from all over the world attending the UNFCCC Conference of the Parties, ICSU is
working to provide a community hub for scientists on the ground to help
information sharing, coordinating and networking within the scientific
community present at the meeting.

ICSU will have a booth at COP21 for most of the 2 weeks, shared with Future
Earth, the International Social Science Council and the Stockholm Resilience
Centre. We hope to provide a lively focal point for the scientific community
attending COP21 via a number of services, such as regular briefings on the
negotiations from members of our community and providing daily highlights about
relevant side events and off-site events via email for the scientific
community. We are also putting together an expert database for the accredited
media (3,000 journalists) to facilitate timely and efficient connections among
journalists and attending scientists.

Sign up and be part of the community! In order to provide the scientific
community with our services, we are establishing a list of scientists who are
planning to be at COP21. Please let us know via the short online questionnaire
below if you will be in Paris for the COP, your dates, your planned activities
(official or non-official side events), so that we can highlight them in our
communications. Send us your details so that we can keep you informed of
science activities around Paris and at Le Bourget during the two weeks of the
summit.

Don't hesitate to share this message with your colleagues and networks.

Please note that ICSU cannot arrange official accreditation and access to the
COP for non-accredited participants, and cannot provide any financial or travel
assistance.

Hope to see you in Paris soon!

Kind regards,
Nora
