Dear colleagues, Please share this with interested students, faculty -- another unique opportunity at our new campus in China.
Dear Colleagues, I am writing to inform you that there are still a few openings next year for qualified students interested in the study of global health at Duke Kunshan University. As you may already know, Duke Kunshan University offers a Master of Science in Global Health degree in Kunshan, China through the Duke Graduate School. The DKU MSc-GH program at DKU is modeled after the highly successful program pioneered at Duke University. The English language program combines a rich multi-disciplinary curriculum and mentorship from academic leaders in global health, with experiential learning of global health research through a fully funded 10 week fieldwork program in the summer. Our DKU students this year are conducting research in sites as diverse as Haiti, Fiji, Peru and Ghana, and addressing important global health issues such as health financing, environmental issues, reproductive health, and cardiovascular diseases. Here in Durham, our MSc program has trained over 100 global health leaders who now hold rewarding positions with academic, non-governmental and corporate organizations. We are excited to be adding DKU students to this growing community. Generous scholarships are available for qualifying students. If they have any questions, they are welcome to contact Mr. Chris Wen ([email protected]), Associate Director for Master of Science in Global Health at Duke Kunshan University.
