The Research Institute for Humanity and Nature and the University of Geneva's 
Department of Geography and Environment are organizing an exploratory 
international workshop to compare current regional environmental governance 
mechanisms in Europe and East Asia by bringing experts, from both natural and 
social sciences, on regions and regional  governance of environmental issues 
and trying to look at regional governance from an interdisciplinary perspective.

In order to provide young researchers and PhD as well as Masters students with 
an opportunity to share their relevant  research with our workshop 
participants, we have an open call for posters. If you are interested in 
introducing your work  with a poster and join discussions with leading figures 
of regional environmental governance at this workshop, please send a 200-word 
abstract of your poster via email to below contact persons. For those, whose 
poster is accepted to take part at the  workshop, will be invited to lunch and 
dinner program of the workshop.

Deadline for poster abstract submission: 7 January 2013
