Please forward to interested colleagues-- Bard Center for Environmental Policy Environmental Policy Faculty We are seeking an expert in environmental policy for a full-time position on the Faculty of the Bard Center for Environmental Policy (Bard CEP), with a start date of August 2013. This position is for a three-year term, renewable upon review for successive three-year terms. Responsibilities include teaching a year-long course in general environmental policy, a one semester course in climate policy, and one additional course in the M.S. degree programs at CEP. The policy sequence is part of a modular, integrated core curriculum with concurrent courses in environmental economics, environmental science, and law. A commitment to interdisciplinary teaching is thus essential. Faculty at Bard CEP are expected to be actively engaged in research and other professional activities appropriate to a graduate program in environmental policy. CEP trains leaders in environmental policy, with a commitment to exploring and advancing sustainable practices in resource management, agriculture, economic policy, and business. The position requires completion of the Ph.D. by time of hire. International policy expertise preferred.
