Dear colleagues, I am writing to announce a workshop for PhD students and candidates, to be held at American University's School of International Service in Washington DC, on Friday October 1.
The workshop is titled, "The Art of Problem-Solving Theorizing: Writing Dissertations that Engage with the World." The session will be built around small-group workshopping of individual dissertation projects, and will be guided by a number of faculty well known to members of this list. Applications from anyone interested in participating are required by September 10.
