I find some of the TED videos particularly useful/inspiring for teaching about
sustainability

Here's a recent one on fish farming
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EUAMe2ixCI

*********

The Future of Food (the full film) is available free on Hulu.com:
http://www.hulu.com/watch/67878/the-future-of-food

And I use Jared Diamond's summary lecture of his book Collapse to illustrate
the influence of ideas in environmental policy:
http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/jared_diamond_on_why_societies_collapse.html

Ted.com doesn't have a whole lot of enviro-focused videos, but I keep checking
because I love them so much! Bjorn Lomborg has some interesting videos on
there, including this one:
http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/bjorn_lomborg_sets_global_priorities.html
(which is interesting to illustrate the importance of interdisciplinary
approaches to problem-solving - since it's about how economists might
prioritize the world's most pressing problems).
