Update and insert fail on postgres without prepared statements with Infinity

The code is not properly handling them. The way to express those values changes
from database to database, and should affect all dialects that are not using
prepared statements.
Add a test in JDBC land (I guess a new test class) and fix at least the postgis
dialect (oracle should not be affected)
