In version 2.7.x, JMapPane and the RenderingExecutor class are tightly coupled
(= badly written). On trunk this has been fixed by making RenderingExecutor an
interface, simplifying the previous class (now SingleTaskRenderingExecutor),
and introducing event and listener classes.
The next step is to allow developers to use their own RenderingExecutor
implementations with a JMapPane by providing a setter and getter method.
