Until now, RenderingExecutor has communicated with JMapPane via direct method
calls to onRenderingCompleted, onRenderedFailed etc. Introduce a new
RenderingExecutorListener interface for such methods so that people wanting to
develop there own map panes and/or executors can work against them.
