i found the CSV module in the code base.  i compiled the jar and put it in:

  ../tomcat/webapps/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib

and restarted geo-server.  nothing showed up in the geoserver UI.

is there more configuration i need to provide in geoserver?

the CSV project is in "unsupported", the tests don't pass and it looks a little 
thin.  does any know if it works?
